The Position Due to continued growth and an exciting future ahead, we are seeking a reliable and hard working individual to join our professional team as a Baker in a Full Time role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Geelong's leading bakery.

• 12.00pm — 8.00pm (Mon - Fri) • supportive team environment • uniform provided • great working conditions in a modern sustainable bakery

Responsibilities will include: • supporting the Bakery team to meet production schedules • dividing and moulding bread dough by hand • weighing ingredients • mixer / oven support • adhere to OH&S and Food Safety procedures • follow the HACCP programme • general duties including cleaning and maintenance

The successful candidate will: • work a minimum of 38 hours per week including public holidays • demonstrate a passion for the industry • be able to work professionally and efficiently under pressure • be reliable and physically fit

Applicants must be committed, hungry to learn and prepared to work hard in a team environment. Candidates must have bread making experience and be confident at hand moulding loaves. Apprentices may apply and RSMS will be considered.
