Food Production Manager
The Ferg Group of businesses require a highly motivated and skilled food professional to join our team in this leadership role. As Food Production Manager you will manage multiple food teams in our Fergbaker and Fergburger environments.
Main responsibilities will include: -Day to day management of production kitchens -Food control plans and other regulatory compliance for kitchens (including H&S) -Production scheduling and staff rostering -Ordering, menu costings and planning for new products, or production improvements -Hands on Food Preparation, working where required on any given day
To be successful you will require: -Unlimited amounts of energy to lead and inspire our teams -At least 5 years experience in chef, or baking positions -Flexibility in working hours to match our operational requirements -A pride in your work, in our organisation and for the region we represent
This role is a rare opportunity to move your food career to the next level in a management role. While flexibility in hours and an on-call approach is required, this role provides the opportunity to have weekends off and be at home in the evenings.
