RedBeard seeks an experienced sourdough baker and/or pastry chef to join its skilled team in Trentham (15 minutes from Daylesford and Woodend), Central Victoria.

Duties include: - making puff, short crust and choux pastry from scratch by hand - making biscuits, cakes, slices and savoury pastries from scratch - hand shaping and baking wood-fired organic sourdough bread (training provided if needed)

The position involves evening and weekend shifts. This may extend to a full time position over time.

RedBeard is famous for its handmade sourdough bread and traditional baking craft. We use local, seasonal and organic ingredients and bake in a 19th century wood-fired scotch oven.
